- food came nice and quickly, like 10 min. wait - you can (should) waitlist online before going in, since it gets quite busy around noon (expect a 30 mins) - food was amazing, we ordered eggs Benedict and waffles and they provided extra plates for us to split the food - hojicha latte was also very nice !!! - servers were nice, atmosphere was nice, asked us if we had allergies beforehand so allergy friendly

Here’s a review you can use: I recently visited Chillax Cafe for breakfast, and overall, it was a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, but I wish someone had asked me about my preference for how the eggs were cooked. They were served sunny-side up by default. The coffee was good, though it would have been even better if served a bit hotter. I really loved the cozy and beautiful atmosphere; it was very relaxing. However, the chairs weren’t very comfortable. Despite this, I had a good experience overall and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice spot to enjoy breakfast.

Ate brunch with my friends on Saturday around noon and it gets very busy on the weekend. They don’t take reservations, only walk ins. My second time dining at Chilax Coffee. I ordered their Braised Pork Eggs Benedict (18.25). Their pork shoulder is very flavourful and tasty!

This is always the go-to spot for a nice pick-me-up. Atmosphere is excellent and the breakfast is incredible! We love the potatoes and latte art is so pretty!

This is a decent option in Richmond Hill, especially since there aren’t many pretty brunch spots around. It’s obvious that business is booming here—there’s always a line—but the service hasn’t kept up. There’s definitely room for improvement in the service, and more attention to detail is needed. For example, when we ordered coffee, the server’s fingers touched the rim of my cup. The food tastes pretty good—I’d give it four stars. The decor is very pretty, too.

Totally worth the wait! I came here on a long weekend, so the place was packed. We waited about an hour, but the smell when we walked in told me it would be worth it and it definitely was! Once we got seated, the service was super quick. Our food and drinks came right away. Everything was perfect and absolutely delicious. I honestly can’t even describe how good it all was. If you see a line, don’t worry. Just wait. You won’t regret it!

This is a brunch cafe I go to regularly, and it never disappoints. On weekends, it gets really busy, but you can join the waitlist ahead of time on Yelp, which helps a lot. Their brunch menu is solid across the board — some of my favorites are: The duck ramen The seafood red curry pasta The egg benedict And the chicken & waffles All of these are consistently delicious. As for drinks, I find their regular coffee just okay, but I’d recommend the iced coconut latte — it’s refreshing and quite good. Prices are reasonable, in line with most brunch spots. They do have free parking, but there are limited spots, so it can be tricky depending on when you go. Ordering is done via QR code, and the service is decent — staff are around and responsive when you need something. The overall atmosphere is casual and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a relaxed meal. I’ve been here many times and plan to keep coming back — 5 stars from me.

Loved every bit of my food here! Ordered chicken and waffles, Mushroom Eggs Benny, Hazelnut Latte & Hot Chocolate. Everything was perfect. Right from the courteous welcome and the food, the coffee! Perfect place to enjoy simple pleasures of life.
